About EduControl

We build for the school day as it is.

Good school software should respect the people doing the work, the records families depend on and the conditions in which the work actually happens.

Why this product exists

The office, classroom and family should not disagree about the same pupil.

School records often begin in sensible places—a register, a fee book, a marks spreadsheet—but become fragile when the same pupil has to be copied between them. EduControl keeps that record connected while giving each role a focused workspace.

The design is intentionally Ghanaian in its vocabulary and assumptions: three terms, Basic 1–9, PTA Dues, MoMo, Bursars and Proprietors are part of the product, not custom labels added after the fact.

What guides the work

Four promises to the school

Product choices become easier when the principles are specific.

Context before convention

The conditions of the Ghanaian school day matter more than copying a global SaaS pattern.

Trust is a product feature

Immutable invoices, frozen reports, tenant isolation and audits are part of the everyday experience.

Clarity over cleverness

The person at the desk should understand what will happen before a consequential action runs.

One record, many respectful views

Each role sees enough to finish the job, without inheriting everybody else’s complexity.

Implementation

Move carefully once, then move faster every day.

Setup is a joint working session, not a hand-off of an empty account. The sequence protects the records the rest of the product will depend on.

Your own structureWe rehearse with your classes, fee types and staff roles.
01

Discover

We map the school’s current calendar, class ladder, fees and staff roles.

02

Prepare

Existing pupil, guardian and fee data is cleaned before it is imported.

03

Configure

The school profile, term, classes, permissions and fee grid are reviewed together.

04

Rehearse

Staff run a billing preview, a payment, a register and a report workflow using safe data.

05

Go live

The school begins with a named support contact and a short first-week checklist.

A working conversation

Let’s begin with the part of the term that feels hardest.

We’ll listen to the current workflow, show the corresponding product path and be clear about what implementation would involve.
